Billing & Membership Policy
How membership charges work on Tropical Listings MLS — who pays, what is included, and when billing starts. The legal terms live in the Membership Agreement; this page explains them in plain language.
Membership rates — what's included
Agent Membership
Individual agents
$20.00/month/month
- •Each agent member pays their own membership fee directly.
- •Covers the full member toolkit: listings, CRM, alerts, marketing, IDX and more.
Team Membership
Teams (leader included)
$25.00/month/month
- •One flat team rate — the team leader’s own seat is included; the leader never pays a separate membership.
- •The team pays because it operates with its own site presence.
- •Team billing runs on one card.
Office Membership
Brokerages (broker included)
$35.00/month + $20.00 per agent
- •The $35.00 base already includes the broker/office principal’s own seat — the broker never pays a separate membership.
- •Each additional agent the office covers is $20.00/month, billed to the office’s card.
- •Agents covered by an office membership pay no individual membership themselves.
Policy details
When billing starts
Members enrolling through November 30, 2026 are not billed anything until January 1, 2027. Members enrolling on or after December 1, 2026 receive a 30-day complimentary period, which in no case begins billing before January 1, 2027. After that, billing recurs monthly until cancelled.
How charges are made
All memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions — never one-time charges. Payment is by credit card only (ACH is not offered), and card processing fees are added to the member’s charge. Invoices are issued and billed automatically each month, and every payment is audited on our side.
Charge responsibility
Individual agents pay their own fees by default. An office may take responsibility for its members at invitation time — in that case the office’s card is billed and the covered agents pay nothing. RealPro Tropical members always pay their own fees.
Fee exemptions
The platform may grant a full charge exemption to an office (for example, a partner or internal office). Exemptions can carry an end date so they expire automatically instead of running indefinitely. While an exemption is active, neither the office nor its members are charged.
